Reliability Engineer | Allegan, MI

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
  • Optimize maintenance procedures and recommend design improvements for reliability.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and forecast potential equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset performance and uptime.
  • Manage and track key reliability metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, predictive analytics, digital twins).
