Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
- Optimize maintenance procedures and recommend design improvements for reliability.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential failure modes.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve asset uptime and reduce costs.
- Manage and track key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
- 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering principles
- Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams)
- Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis)
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle cost analysis
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance and reliability workflows
Bonus Qualifications- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R).
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Experience with specific CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
