We are looking to hire a Contract SAP Transportation Management Functional Consultant for a Remote project with an ASAP start to support our client s SAP S4/HANA ERP implementation. This position will work remotely. When travel is mutually agreed on there might be travel to various client locations required on an as needed basis once the travel ban is lifted. Job Summary

Currently seeking a SAP TM consultant to perform functional duties associated with the design, configuration, testing and use of SAP S4/HANA ERP software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate and explain SAP TM functionality to end users.
2. Business process validation/design.
3. Configure the technical solution within the SAP TM and related modules.
4. Creating test scripts and test cases for unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
5. Unit test and integration testing.
6. Documentation of the TM solution.
7. Knowledge Transfer to internal staff.

Find below the required/desired qualifications (education, experience, skillset and attributes) of an appropriate candidate:

1. Hands on SAP TM functional/configuration experience in version 9.3 or higher required; with S4 Embedded TM experience preferred.
2. Good understanding and hands on experience in configuring continuous (round trip) planning & its related attributes required.
3. Good Understanding and hands on experience in configuring TM charge calculation & cost distribution required.
4. Past integration experience with non-SAP carrier collaboration portals, preferred.
5. Experience in configuring & enabling VSR optimizer, required.
6. Good understanding and hands on configuration of events in SAP TM, required.
7. Adept in trouble shooting/debugging; understanding of technical aspects of SAP TM required.
8. Working knowledge of non-SAP TMS systems like BluJay, Transportation , etc., preferred, as will be an advantage.
9. SAP implementation project experience.
10. Table/field level detailed knowledge.
11. Knowledge of key integration points.
12. Food & Beverage industry experience, Dairy being ideal, preferred not required. CPG industry experience is second best.
