Summary

Requirement:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, especially within retail/e-commerce environments (e.g., merchandising systems, supply chain, POS integrations).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and success metrics.
Drive planning, execution, and timely delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with retail business priorities and seasonal timelines.
Manage dependencies across teams such as inventory, logistics, pricing, and customer experience to ensure seamless retail operations.
Use data-driven insights to track program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to improve team efficiency.
Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance scalability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a retail context.
