Summary

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain program governance, reporting standards, and compliance controls.
Manage Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including dependencies, critical paths, and milestones.
Conduct schedule risk analysis and ensure timely updates and baseline control.
Lead risk, issue, and dependency management, ensuring mitigation and resolution tracking.
Support governance meetings, documentation, and action tracking.
Communicate program status, risks, and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
Mentor project managers and ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

Required Qualifications:

PMP certification required.
10+ years of IT/business experience with 5+ years managing complex enterprise projects.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Strong expertise in program/project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
Proven experience in risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Proficient in ServiceNow and DocuSign.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
