·Need to look at things big picture and have this mindset
·Need a business acumen and communication piece
·Looking for insurance experience (doesn’t have to be very recent but at least within past 4-5 years)
·PNC insurance is a very nice to have
·Analytics experience is a must - Key strategy analytics
·Strong with coding and building dashboards – nice to have
·Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to drive efficiency and conduct deep research and analysis.
·Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau).
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
·7-8+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably within insurance or financial services (strong preference for P&C insurance experience).
·Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau).
·Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and drive alignment on data-driven recommendations.
·Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
·Experience identifying and analyzing trends and their business implications.
·Experience with executive reporting and strategic performance analysis.
·Understanding of enterprise data governance and reporting standards.
·Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to drive efficiency and conduct deep research and analysis.
·Ability to promote best practices in data storytelling and analytics.
