Job Title: Python Developer

Contract to hire role

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support Risk and Control reporting and insights
Identify manual or repetitive processes and develop Python-based automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
Develop production-quality Python code to ingest, transform, validate, and analyze structured and semi-structured data
Prototype and deliver AI-enabled / agentic solutions that enhance Risk and Control workflows in partnership with control owners, process leads, and cross-functional stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
Hands-on experience developing solutions using Python
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL and relational data concepts, including joins, aggregations, and basic performance optimization
Exposure to AI, agentic tools, or automation frameworks
Experience building workflow automation, including repeatable pipelines, scheduled jobs, or batch processes
Familiarity with risk, control, or governance concepts
