Our client is seeking Senior Data Analysts to support a newly formed GPO analytics initiative focused on building scalable operational, financial, and reporting capabilities.
These individuals will work with large and complex datasets to identify trends, answer business questions, support reporting initiatives, and help leadership make data-driven decisions. This role requires highly analytical professionals who are comfortable operating independently, solving ambiguous problems, and working closely with business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly collaborative, and comfortable navigating evolving business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and business insights
Develop SQL queries and reporting logic supporting operational and financial analysis
Support KPI development and reporting initiatives
Partner with business teams to understand and solve data-related challenges
Investigate data inconsistencies and identify root causes
Assist with data validation, governance, and documentation activities
Translate business questions into actionable analytics solutions
Work closely with Data Engineers and Tableau Developers
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders
Support ad hoc analysis requests within a rapidly evolving environment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics
Advanced SQL skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting environments
Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience translating business needs into data solutions
Strong attention to detail and data validation capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare, PBM, pharmacy, claims, or GPO experience
Google Cloud Platform or cloud analytics platform experience
Tableau or BI reporting experience
Experience supporting operational or financial analytics
Experience with data governance or stewardship initiatives
