Developer - AI Applications

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Corvallis, OR that is seeking a Developer - AI Applications.

Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer to support software-focused programs within an enterprise technology environment. This role will assist in driving program execution across Data and AI initiatives, working closely with engineering, product, and global partners. The position is ideal for an early-career program manager looking to grow experience in Agile delivery, cross-functional coordination, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support planning, execution, and tracking of software programs related to Data and AI initiatives
* Drive day-to-day program tasks including schedules, dependencies, risks, and action items
* Partner with engineering and product teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as AMD, Raft, and other technology collaborators
* Support new AI-focused projects, including Armour and FAB software applications
* Prepare program status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
* Collaborate with global teams, including working non-standard hours as needed to overlap with India-based teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-3 years of experience in program, project, or operations support (technology or software environment preferred)
* Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Exposure to Data, AI, or analytics-related projects
* Experience working with distributed or global teams
* Familiarity with enterprise technology environments or software platforms

This is not a senior role and does not require prior ownership of large, complex programs. The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale software and AI initiatives with opportunities for growth and development.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
