HashiCorp Vault Support Engineer / SRE

Position Overview
The HashiCorp Vault Support Engineer/SRE will provide operational support for critical enterprise secrets management and cloud infrastructure platforms, including HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager. The role involves troubleshooting, automation, cloud platform support, and collaboration with application teams to ensure platform stability, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and customer support for enterprise tools such as HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions with application teams and stakeholders.
- Provide periodic on-call support and incident resolution.
- Support AWS cloud platform services and integrations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine operational tasks.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Document engineering designs, operational procedures, and technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years of Cloud SRE experience
- 2+ years of general cloud experience
- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault
- Strong scripting and automation experience
- Experience supporting AWS cloud environments
