Data Analyst

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data while driving operational efficiency and supporting organizational goals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can collaborate across departments and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards with a meticulous attention to detail.
Support efforts related to data migration, integration, and quality assurance across systems.
Generate timely and accurate reports in response to internal data requests.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with relevant teams.
Document data processes, workflows, and standards to ensure clarity and consistency.
Partner with leadership to analyze data for insights that drive growth, efficiency, and impact.
Conduct forecasting, trend analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
Develop donor segmentation strategies and analyze patterns to optimize fundraising efforts.
Present data findings in clear and accessible formats suitable for diverse audiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis, including managing and interpreting large datasets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
Ability to identify trends, performance metrics, and predictive behaviors.
Experience in documenting workflows and processes for data management.
Familiarity with donor segmentation and revenue analysis is a plus.
