Overview
In this contingent role, you will provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on complex, large-scale Software Engineering initiatives. You'll work across cross-functional teams to assess challenges, influence long-term technology direction, and ensure solutions meet engineering, security, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations on high-impact engineering initiatives and long-range technical planning.
• Evaluate complex, multi-dimensional technical problems, including scenarios with incomplete, abstract, or unprecedented data.
• Provide expert analysis and recommendations to support resolution of sophisticated engineering challenges.
• Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles, organizational policies, and compliance standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders, offering strategic technical guidance and clear communication across teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through industry roles, consulting engagements, technical training, military service, or relevant education.
