Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRMA (CRM Analytics) Developer to join our team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics), data modeling, dashboard development, and analytics solutions. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level analytics applications that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) solutions and dashboards.
Build datasets, dataflows, recipes, and transformations to support business reporting requirements.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that deliver meaningful business insights.
Integrate and consolidate data from Salesforce and external data sources.
Create and optimize SAQL queries for advanced analytics and reporting needs.
Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Implement data security and sharing models within CRM Analytics.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize dashboard and dataset performance.
Support deployment activities and promote analytics assets across environments.
Document technical solutions and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years of hands-on CRM Analytics (CRMA) development experience.
Strong expertise in:
o Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)
o Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics
o Dataflows

o Datasets
o Dashboards and Lens Development
o SAQL
o Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards
Experience integrating Salesforce and external data sources.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models.
Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification.
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.
Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and BI tools.
Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, or other enterprise analytics platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
