Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled
Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in both
manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, hands-on experience with automation frameworks, and the ability to ensure high-quality delivery across applications.
Salesforce testing experience is a plus.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for web and enterprise applications
- Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
- Perform API testing and validate backend services
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are met
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA inputs early in the lifecycle
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications- 7-8 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (or similar)
- Experience with programming/scripting languages like: Java / Python / JavaScript
- Experience in: Functional, regression, integration, and system testing API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)- Experience in Salesforce testing (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud / Lightning)
- Knowledge of automation in Salesforce environments (Provar, Selenium with Lightning)
- Exposure to performance or security testing tools
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ISTQB or equivalent certification
