Senior Salesforce QA Tester (Service Cloud & Azure DevOps)

Position Overview

Join an enterprise CRM team supporting large-scale Salesforce applications by driving quality across new implementations and enhancements. This role combines Salesforce testing, Azure DevOps Test Suite management, API validation, automation support, and close collaboration within an Agile development environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, write, execute, and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and development teams to define testing requirements and test scripts.
• Interpret user stories and requirements to develop comprehensive QA coverage.
• Perform regression testing for new Salesforce solutions and enhancements.
• Test Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionality.
• Validate integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Document, track, and manage defects through resolution in Azure DevOps.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results.
• Support automation testing initiatives and recommend framework improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and training for ongoing maintenance and operations.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce QA/testing experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience.
• 4+ years of Azure DevOps Test Suite experience.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining test plans, test suites, and test scripts in Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, sandboxes, flows, Lightning, Apex, and AppExchange packages.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
• Ability to perform regression testing and analyze the impact of application enhancements.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of NICE CXone or other CCaaS testing experience.
• 1+ year of SQL experience.
• 1+ year of Selenium or other test automation tool experience.
