Pay Rate: $30.00/hr to $35.00/hr
Job Description:
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside and walk-up support to local teams and associates during the Windows 11 refresh.
- Assist with testing and validation of Windows 11 images prior to and during deployment.
- Perform services as required by assigned service desk tickets, including break/fix and upgrade-related tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 and MS O365 related issues.
- Support device setup, configuration, and basic post-upgrade validation.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while meeting service expectations.
Deliverables:
- Deskside support for Windows 11 upgrade activities.
- Successful completion of assigned service desk tickets related to the refresh.
- Tested and validated device images as directed by the project team.
- Documented issue resolution and ticket updates in the client s ticketing system.
- Support continuity during the Windows 11 rollout period.
