Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership in program management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and governance frameworks.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders, facilitating steering committees and executive reporting.
  • Establish PMO governance, including reporting frameworks and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and delivery across various locations.
  • Translate client expectations into actionable plans, coordinating between client leads and delivery teams.
Skills
  • 10-15+ years of experience in program/project management with a focus on PMO leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise environments and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and operate as an advisor.
  • Expertise in program governance, reporting, and execution excellence.
  • Experience leading distributed teams across different time zones.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with compliance and operational constraints within these industries.
  • Ability to proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
