HIRE Technology is seeking an experienced Workday HCM/FI Integration Consultant to support a large enterprise Workday environment. This role focuses on the design, development, and support of Workday HCM and/or Finance integrations, working closely with HRIS, Finance, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, APIs, and data transformation technologies, along with experience supporting Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking as well as Workday Finance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Workday experience
- Strong experience with Workday HCM and/or Finance integrations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors
- EIB integrations
- Workday Web Services (SOAP or REST)
- XML / XSLT
- Experience integrating HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Time Tracking systems &/or Finance
- Experience working in large enterprise Workday environments
- Works and collaborates effectively with others, in multiple contexts
- Communicates effectively and professionally; listens and speaks constructively
Preferred Experience
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- Workday Extend
- Integration with third-party workforce systems
