Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

This person will focus on high-impact technical and strategic pillars, as part of a People Analytics team operating with our People (HR) org. Key tasks will be:

-Converting recurring manual requests across disparate data sources into automated, unified, self-service tools that speed time-to-insight and time-to-decision for the People/HR function.

-Supporting complex research projects and analyses to predict trends and prescribe actions related to People topics like hiring, retention, and engagement.

-Serving as a consultant and enablement provider alongside people analytics team members, translating workforce data and insights into actionable paths and building capabilities among users.

Databricks tools (e.g. unity catalog, AI/BI dashboards) will be leveraged heavily.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Can identify data gaps in operational processes and propose solutions to close them
Can synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways
Data governance and management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong grasp of SQL
