Role Overview
The Performance and Data Reconciliation (PDR) Associate Data Recon Analyst is responsible for providing resolutions to all questions or requests related to client reporting applications and software. This role serves as a dedicated liaison for advanced client reporting escalations and strives to provide an unparalleled service experience. A strong customer focus is required to deliver top-tier service to advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on multiple and possibly overlapping client requests.
- Support clients by fielding escalations and providing performance-related explanations.
- Perform transaction accounting to analyze firm-wide investment activity.
- Review and validate performance figures and resolve any resulting discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with other business units to correct recurring issues.
- Identify reporting defects and document data quality issues.
- Implement solutions with management direction.
- Oversee existing processes and mitigate risk against future firm impact.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour.
