POSITION SAP Program Manager for S/4HANA and ECC
LOCATION Remote
DURATION 12 Months+ Contract to hire
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive, end-to-end project plans for S/4HANA migrations (Greenfield or Brownfield) and ECC upgrades.
• Governance & Reporting: Chair steering committees, manage P&L, and provide status updates to senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT.
• Vendor Management: Drive accountability for System Integrators (SIs) and external partners to ensure quality delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Process Design: Conduct workshops for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization.
REQUIRED SKILLS .
• Required Experience and Skills
• Expertise: 10+ years in SAP Project/Program Management.
• Implementations: Proven experience with 3-4 full SAP implementation lifecycles, specifically including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Module Knowledge: Understanding of core modules like FICO, MM, SD, and PP.
• Methodologies: Proficient in SAP Activate or Agile methodologies.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional, global teams and managing offshore resources.
