We are seeking a proficient Solutions Engineer to join a team building and enhancing an enterprise-level Ansible Automation Platform. This role involves handling complex engineering tasks, contributing to system design and integration, and developing controls for automation platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a seasoned technical resource, providing expertise as both a team member and an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in building and enhancing an Ansible Automation Platform for the enterprise.
- Manage components of complex engineering and analytical tasks and activities.
- Assist in establishing input/output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility and system integration.
- Develop controls for automation platforms with a focus on shared catalog content.
- Implement the SDLC chain for managing automation content.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of systems engineering activities.
- Influence and direct activities of teams related to special initiatives or operations.
- Incorporate multiple AI channels into standard practice to foster productivity and quality.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
- 5+ years with Ansible Automation Platform.
- 5+ years with TrueSight Server Orchestrator.
- 5+ years of expert-level Unix/Linux administration and scripting.
Technical Skills:- Scripting languages: YAML, XML, Python, Perl, Shell.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to understand complex application infrastructure.
Professional Skills:- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
- Proficiency in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence individuals across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Github Copilot is a plus.
- Familiarity with TrueSight Server Automation (BladeLogic) is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00/hour to $70.24/hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
Work Environment
This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
