Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst for a business process services role within the insurance sector. This position involves executing various back-office activities related to new business setup, agency management, claims, underwriting support, and policy administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these processes and will assist in workflow management and delegation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and collate information for new accounts or renewals for premium assessment.
- Assist agencies with licensing procedures, onboarding, training, and resolving inquiries.
- Support policyholders in claim settlement by reviewing claim payments and ensuring proper administration.
- Perform screening and due diligence of applications, reviewing for missing data and uploading to the file management system.
- Ensure premiums are applied according to customer choices and support underwriting and post-underwriting reviews.
- Perform policy servicing activities such as renewals, changes, disbursements, reinstatements, and certificate reissues.
- Oversee risk classifications according to company policies.
- Assist the Process Lead with workflow management and work delegation.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Must have working experience in insurance back-office services, including processes such as new business setup, agency management, claims, underwriting support, and policy administration.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $25.00 and $27.00 per hour.
