Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to join our team on a Contract to permanent position in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role focuses on developing and delivering training programs related to critical infrastructure, data center technology, and advanced manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum creation, instructional training, and "train-the-trainer" methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and identify training needs.
Review and refine curriculum materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Design and implement comprehensive training plans for instructors to deliver technical content effectively.
Develop diverse training materials, including scripts, documentation, presentations, videos, and interactive tools.
Utilize virtual reality (VR) and other advanced technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Conduct training sessions for trainers, ensuring they are equipped to teach complex technical subjects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Maintain and update course materials to reflect the latest industry standards and technologies.
Travel to training locations when necessary, with all costs covered by the client.
Support scalability efforts by creating instructor guides and technical documentation for long-term program success.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or consulting roles within critical infrastructure, data centers, or advanced manufacturing.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering "train-the-trainer" programs.
Strong ability to create curriculum and training materials tailored to technical environments.
Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools, Google Suite, Canvas, and Zoom for training purposes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Real-world experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor environments, or related fields.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols is highly desirable.
Ability to adapt training content to meet evolving industry needs and technologies.
