Job Description*
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Integration Lead with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to drive end-to-end integration architecture, design, development, and implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
• Minimum 10+ years of comprehensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM platform, combining deep technical and functional knowledge across Global Core HR, Compensation, and Absence Management modules
• Proven track record of architecting, designing, building, and implementing complex integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering 3+ large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects
INTEGRATION & TECHNICAL SKILLS (MUST HAVE)
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrating Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM Modules) with enterprise systems
• Strong command of Oracle Fusion Integration capabilities including APIs, Events, File-based integrations, FTP, and both inbound/outbound data flows
• Expertise with bi-directional payroll interfaces and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and modern integration protocols
• Advanced experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI for reporting and analytics
• Proficient in HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader for data migration and management
FUNCTIONAL & CONFIGURATION EXPERTISE
• In-depth knowledge of HCM configuration including lookups, value sets, work structures, areas of responsibility, and business process setup
• Strong expertise in Fast Formulas and customization of global data models for HCM Extracts and Bursting logic
• Solid understanding of roles, security profiles, and data access controls
CUSTOMER-FACING SKILLS
• Strong client engagement experience with the ability to conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution presentations
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations, provide status updates, and handle escalations professionally
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering customer-centric solutions
TEAM LEADERSHIP
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring small technical teams (3-8 members) through project delivery
• Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality deliverables
• Experience in coaching and developing junior team members on Oracle HCM and integration best practices
• Track record of fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within teams
COMMUNICATION & LEADERSHIP
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business teams, and customers to deliver architectural and technical solutions
