Role - Workday HCM Recruitment Consultant
Location: Detroit/MI
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of Workday experience, with at least 5+ years in HCM integrations.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in enterprise HR systems.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM Recruitment / Talent modules.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Own the Workday HCM product roadmap, focusing on integration strategy and execution.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
Manage Workday releases, tenant refreshes, and change control processes.
Prioritize backlog items, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with support teams.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
