Description:
The consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end HR processes that align with business requirements and organizational policies.
Technical skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM OM & PA configuration and support, Solid understanding of info types (0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0007, 0008, 0009, 0014, 0015, 1000, 1001, etc.)
Experience with LSMW/BDC, ad hoc reporting (SAP Query), and workflow basics, Knowledge of integration touchpoints to Time Management and Payroll
Other Skills:
Need to be aware of the S4 setup with Business Partner and configure OM/PA structure needed for other workstream validation.
Eventually that person will also need help with conversation when we integrate SF to S4.
Project involvement:
This person will be responsible to do the basic configuration of HCM in the S4-Core (finance +++) system so that the teams working on that system can do their configuration and unit testing during the next 5 months. S/he needs to have Org Units loaded (a small set), some employees (a small set) and related basic configuration (including positions) allowing such load.
We will also use this person to validate our technical approach between SF and S4 (instance strategy, replication, data migration, etc).
