We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Offers Architect with a keen ability to understand
business needs and translate them into technical requirements to join our dynamic Marketing Offers
Delivery Ops team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized
messages known as Offers, leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Decision Management,
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Query Distiller Services and other supporting tools to ensure
accurate delivery through disciplined solutioning and development, and QC and UAT testing.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on offer architecture experience, SQL and data-analysis
proficiency, and effective project management skills. This role partners closely with Marketing
Operations, Strategic Marketing, Data Engineering, Analytics, and the Project Management Office to
deliver scalable, consumer-centric messages that align to business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Design and build offers in AJO Decision Management across phone and digital channels and
placements.
Develop and refine offer logic to support intended consumer experiences and marketing goals.
Implement and execute end-to-end testing to validate accuracy and alignment with business
requirements.
Utilize Enterprise management applications to derive and improve offer logic.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align requirements, SLAs, release plans, and issue resolution.
Partner with Business Analysts and Strategists to resolve data and offer-related issues.
Support large, complex initiatives with broad team or business impact.
Anticipate emerging customer needs and contribute innovative, scalable
solutions.
Contribute to standards and documentation of such; knowledge-transfer sessions; mentor team
members; and promote continuous improvement.
Required Experience
3+ years of experience in roles supporting personalized messaging (Offers) development,
execution and maintenance.
Proven experience with marketing platform tools like AJO Decision Management (Offers), CJA,
Databricks and Insomnia (or comparable tools).
Strong understanding of relational databases; data structures, schemas and arrays; and data
management processes.
Working proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret platform-generated code.
Proven capacity to effectively handle numerous priorities within dynamic, challenging/complex,
and evolving environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business
outcomes.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working within formal QA and change
management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of healthcare marketing experience.
Experience with additional marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign or Target, Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, Braze).
Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and confidentiality.
Strong collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
