We are supporting a large State of Texas CAPPS (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) initiative for Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) and seeking experienced consultants across several functional areas/modules.

Candidates will be part of CPA''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s Fiscal Management Statewide Fiscal Systems team, supporting the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) Program. The CAPPS Program for this engagement comprises the following components: HR/Payroll (inclusive of Recruit functionality), Financials, STARR, and all ancillary systems. CAPPS System Defined. CAPPS HR/Payroll is the State of Texas ERP system. It is based on Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 9.2 Image 53. The system includes the following modules: Human Resources, Payroll, Position Management, Time and Labor, Performance Management, and CAPPS Recruit, utilizing TAM/CG.
- All 11 positions are senior-level PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 CAPPS support roles.
- Almost all are primarily functional or techno-functional (not pure developers).
- Nearly every role requires some technical proficiency (SQL, App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, AWE, PUM, Fluid, Elasticsearch), but the primary value is functional expertise in a specific module.
