Summary

Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst provides onsite and remote service desk support in an executive-facing environment, delivering high-touch, white-glove technical assistance. This role supports endpoint devices, user accounts, peripherals, and printers while managing and routing incidents through a ticketing system. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 service desk support for onsite and remote users via walk-up, phone, and remote tools
  • Support endpoint management tasks including user account creation, access provisioning, and MFA setup
  • Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Deliver white-glove support to executives and senior leadership with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system, including routing, updating, and queue management
  • Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support printer and peripheral issues; assist with printer support projects as needed
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures clearly and accurately
  • Work independently to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and stay productive during slower periods
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate while providing thorough documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of service desk or IT support experience
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint support, account creation, MFA, and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Experience providing both walk-up and remote phone support
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, executive-level presence
  • Experience using a ticket management system (ServiceNow preferred, not required)
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting executive or VIP user populations
  • Experience working in corporate or enterprise IT environments
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr.
