Description
We are looking for an experienced HCM Oracle Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role requires someone who is detail oriented and can effectively manage enterprise application testing and development, focusing on Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration and optimized functionality of systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive testing for enterprise applications, with a focus on Oracle Cloud solutions.
Develop and execute detailed test scripts tailored to specific modules and functionalities within Oracle Cloud.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
Configure and optimize Oracle modules, including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, and Incentive Compensation.
Implement and support HR Service Delivery tools, ensuring streamlined operations and user satisfaction.
Provide expertise in workforce scheduling and labor optimization processes.
Utilize analytics tools to generate insights that support decision-making and operational improvements.
Manage API development and configuration tasks to enhance system connectivity.
Support Salesforce development initiatives to align with organizational goals.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to configuration management practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise application testing.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud testing.
Strong knowledge of Oracle modules, including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, and Incentive Compensation.
Proficiency in developing test scripts and executing test cases for diverse systems.
Familiarity with HR service delivery platforms and workforce scheduling tools.
Expertise in client-side scripting and API development.
Experience creating business requirement documents and managing configurations.
Background in Salesforce development is a plus.
