OverviewWe are seeking an experienced CRM & Personalization Manager to drive customer-centric marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role will lead personalization strategies, leverage performance data to inform decisions, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of CRM and personalization strategies across digital and e-commerce channels to improve customer engagement and performance.
- Partner with marketing, product, analytics, and technology teams to translate business objectives into actionable CRM initiatives.
- Own and manage a prioritized backlog of CRM and personalization enhancements, preferably using Jira, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
- Apply a test-and-learn methodology, designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to optimize personalization and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, using data to drive decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Create clear, concise reports and readouts for leadership, communicating progress, results, and insights.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Support and enhance personalization platforms and technologies, with a preference for experience leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) or similar tools.
Description- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce solutions, with a proven track record of leading personalization strategies
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
- Data driven; must understand how to make decisions using performance metrics
- Experience with backlog management preferably in Jira
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create reports to share with leadership that succinctly inform on progress
- Experience with data driven test and learn methodology and practice preferred
- Experience with personalization platforms and technologies; Experience with Salesforce MCP preferred
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
