Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant – Remote
Location: Fully Remote (Atlanta, Georgia)
Duration: Contract Opportunity

Seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale web modernization and governance initiative. This fully remote role will help drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, process documentation, and user adoption across campus.

Support OCM activities for web modernization and governance initiatives
Assist with stakeholder engagement and change management plans
Coordinate communications, readiness, and adoption activities
Develop training materials, FAQs, job aids, and process documentation
Support governance workflows, intake processes, and operational readiness
Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Track risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption barriers

< data-start="923" data-end="951">Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in OCM, Communications, Business, IT, HR, or related field
3+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or project coordination
Experience supporting large-scale organizational or digital transformation initiatives

< data-start="1264" data-end="1293">Preferred Qualifications

Experience in higher education, public sector, or complex enterprise environments
Familiarity with web governance, website modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
Knowledge of accessibility standards, intake workflows, or ServiceNow processes
Prosci, ADKAR, or other OCM certification/coursework preferred
