Description:
• Support IT operations for radiology centers and ancillary offices.
• Provide user support for various systems and equipment.
• Report and resolve issues via multiple communication channels.
• Collaborate with IT teams and leadership for system understanding.
• Analyze and recommend workflow improvements.
• Assist in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and systems through documentation and education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver hardware and software solutions.
• Monitor and resolve service tickets and projects.
• Visit sites to address and resolve IT issues.
• Maintain security and rectify deficiencies in systems.
• Work with vendors to escalate and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s or Associate''s degree in a related field or 5 years of IT support experience.
• Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of network and computer systems operations.
• Proficiency in problem resolution and time management.
• Flexibility to travel and valid driver''s license with insurance.
