Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to support business analytics initiatives through high-quality data reporting and visualization. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, data engineering fundamentals, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Lead end-to-end data visualization projects, ensuring data is properly defined, structured, and optimized for reporting use cases.
• Develop data products by gathering requirements, writing complex SQL queries, and validating large datasets.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across reporting systems.
• Improve and streamline processes related to data definitions, lineage, and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, SMEs, and Data Governance teams to define business requirements and data standards.
• Identify data risks and ensure compliance with data policies and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot data issues and provide innovative solutions in ambiguous or evolving scenarios.

Required Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise data environments.
• Knowledge of data lineage and metadata management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
