### Job Summary Thinking Minds' client is seeking a Data Engineer to lead data integration and migration activities supporting client implementations. This role combines hands-on technical delivery with proactive client collaboration, ensuring accurate data transitions from legacy systems into a cloud-based platform. The successful candidate will take ownership of requirements, validation, testing, and go-live readiness while supporting broader client delivery initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data migrations, translating client requirements into accurate technical integration solutions.
Perform ETL activities, including extraction from legacy platforms, transformation, mapping, and loading.
Validate and reconcile migrated data to maintain accuracy and integrity throughout implementation and go-live.
Support platform configuration and data integration using established implementation best practices.
Lead QA and testing activities to support successful deployment of client solutions.
Maintain project documentation, communicate delivery status, and escalate issues appropriately.
Provide secondary support for requirements gathering, solution design, and post-go-live activities.
### Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or related experience.
3+ years of experience in ETL processes and tools, data integration, or technical delivery.
Experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles within a SaaS organization.
Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of data structures, normalization, and mapping techniques.
Familiarity with CRM platforms or financial services technology.
### Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs.
Experience implementing financial services platforms.
Knowledge of investment banking, private equity, or legal workflows.
Exposure to Agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
