Description
Marketing Coordinator with 3+ years of AEC marketing experience needed for a full-time, hybrid position in Boston. MUST have prior AEC marketing experience. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and coordination of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. MUST be equally skilled with design and copywriting and be able to show relevant work samples. Salary is 65-83K.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality branded print and digital materials using pre-established templates to maintain a consistent visual identity.
Develop and manage proposals, qualifications, and presentations tailored to prospective and current clients, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials such as brochures, project sheets, resumes, award submissions, and website content.
Conduct research on clients, market trends, and competitors to support business development strategies.
Provide coaching and guidance to presentation teams, ensuring effective communication and delivery.
Oversee the maintenance of project and client information within firmwide databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Coordinate trade show materials, speaking engagements, direct mail campaigns, advertisements, and public relations efforts.
Develop strategic content that leverages storytelling to enhance the impact of marketing collateral.
Support firmwide initiatives by contributing creative ideas and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure all tasks are completed in an organized, timely, and consistent manner, while self-checking for accuracy and quality.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign and Photoshop.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, design, or a related field.
Exceptional graphic design and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow directions while also providing mentorship to less experienced team members.
