#### Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Lead .NET Engineer to guide a software development team in delivering robust business solutions. This position combines agile leadership, technical expertise, and direct responsibilities for solution architecture, code quality, and delivery lifecycle management. The role involves close collaboration with business, architecture, and DevOps teams to implement scalable applications, conduct technical evaluations, and contribute to technology governance.

#### Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor software engineers, fostering skill development and promoting best coding practices.
- Serve as Agile Team Lead, orchestrating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while managing project risks and impediments.
- Oversee the technical implementation, ensuring designs align with architectural standards and security compliance.
- Prototype and validate critical components, producing well-documented proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demo solutions.
- Deliver clear technical documentation, proposals, and solution presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership committees.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with business analysts, QA engineers, infrastructure, and DevOps resources for smooth product releases.

#### Required Experience / Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in .NET Core or .NET Framework for backend/API development
- Experience integrating with ECM or document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, or IBM FileNet)
- Proven track record of working with relational databases, preferably Oracle or MS SQL Server
- Demonstrated experience deploying applications on major cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure (including services like RDS, S3, or Azure SQL)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfort presenting technical concepts to business and technical audiences

#### Preferred:
- Leadership experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government)
- Working knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Software development certifications (.NET/AWS/Azure) or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)
