Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team in Juno Beach, FL. This role will work closely with agile teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Data Warehousing, AWS, and Redshift, along with experience building scalable dashboards, reporting catalogs, and data visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting catalogs and dashboards
Analyze new reporting requests and align them with existing reporting assets
Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Integrate data from multiple sources into the enterprise reporting framework
Collaborate with solution architects to align reporting tools with data platform design
Support data analysis, design, development, testing, and production support activities
Build and modify database tables, views, and optimize SQL queries/indexes
Participate in functional, technical, and user acceptance testing
Resolve defects and ensure data accuracy, security, and performance
Develop and maintain reporting standards and best practices
Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
Experience with:
- Power BI Security & Administration
- Power Query
- DAX
- MDX
- SSRS
- SQL Server BI Stack
Strong experience writing and optimizing SQL queries
Experience with AWS and Amazon Redshift
Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts
Experience developing:
- Reporting architecture
- Dashboards
- Portals
- Analytical data models
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of data governance and reporting standards
Experience supporting enterprise analytics platforms

Education

Bachelor s degree in:

Computer Science
Information Systems
Related technical field
