Hybrid Onsite Every Other Week in Covington, KY

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Identity and Access Management Adoption Team within Enterprise Cybersecurity. The role will focus on business and systems analysis, data analysis, and requirements management to drive adoption of IAM capabilities and strengthen access controls. The analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into actionable work, improve the access ecosystem, and reduce business and access risks.

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Understand complex business needs and influence partners in alignment with product strategy to enable customer success.
  • Serve as a domain expert on IAM products and processes and guide partners through data analysis findings, engagement sessions, and platform adoption.
  • Elicit requirements from non-technical and technical collaborators and translate them into clear epics and stories with defined business value.
  • Conduct research and analysis and capture results as data-driven insights, diagrams and visualizations, and current and future state documentation.
  • Apply advanced business analysis and product ownership techniques to translate analysis into actionable insights for solutions and team objectives.
  • Create and maintain documentation including product documentation, technical and process diagrams, and requirements documents.
  • Navigate competing priorities and align collaborators to strategic delivery.
  • Lead cross-team and cross-product collaboration to drive strong business outcomes.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences, recommending solutions and courses of action.
  • Apply agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Promote continuous improvement and mentor junior analysts by sharing expertise.

Experience Requirements:
  • 8+ years as a systems or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity and/or access lifecycle management.
  • Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, AWS IAM, Azure AD, Oracle IAM, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Okta, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, PowerBI, data cleaning, and data visualizations.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation and translation into epics and user stories.
  • Depth in agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Related certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), or cyber/technical certificates (preferred).
