Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer with expertise in full-stack web application development using .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

The role requires strong experience in SDLC processes, Agile methodology, modern web technologies, database development, and application modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and document enterprise web-based applications.
  • Build front-end and back-end solutions using C#, .NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain database components including SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and business teams to gather and validate requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support software deployments, enhancements, and production maintenance.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for application development initiatives.
  • Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and change management artifacts.
  • Conduct application demonstrations and support stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure applications align with security and compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code validation activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • 8+ years of experience with .NET / C#, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, SQL, and stored procedures.
  • 8+ years of experience designing and developing web-based applications.
  • 8+ years of experience with SDLC processes and application lifecycle management.
  • 8+ years of experience in software application administration and support.
  • 6+ years of experience working in Agile SDLC environments.
  • 6+ years of experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing application security and network security requirements.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in SDLC teams and code review activities.
  • 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with C# .NET Blazor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience migrating applications from Java to .NET Blazor.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
  • Experience implementing accessibility standards such as WCAG.
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio 2022 and modern .NET frameworks.
