Key Responsibilities- Designs, develops, and tests control systems and software for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues with existing control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
- Implements and optimizes automation solutions to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with mechanical and electrical components.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and software specifications.
- Participates in the commissioning and startup of new equipment and production lines.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for control systems.
- Provides technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
