Location: Coppell, Texas (Partial Remote) - 3 days/week on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and a 3rd day of your choosing)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer with expertise in QA automation and hands-on development. This hybrid role involves driving end-to-end testing, contributing to development, and maintaining automation frameworks within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bridge quality assurance and engineering to deliver high-performing, scalable ServiceNow solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design scalable test cases, data, and scenarios for the ServiceNow platform.
- Plan, execute, and document manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and upgrade testing.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other tools like Selenium.
- Configure and customize applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Manage update sets, migration, and development lifecycle activities within two-week release cycles.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure testability in designs and support integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers in QA, automation, and ServiceNow configuration best practices.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in software testing/development, with at least 4+ years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules).
- Expertise with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or SOAP UI.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS (ITSM, Discovery, Event Management).
- ITIL v3/v4 certification.
