Business Systems Analyst II

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support project intake, coordination, and execution within a high-volume technical environment. This role focuses less on traditional requirements gathering and more on workflow management, communication, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and track incoming work requests through a ticketing system
* Act as a central point of coordination across engineering and technical teams
* Follow up on tasks, drive accountability, and ensure work progresses through the pipeline
* Organize and prioritize incoming requests and support queue management
* Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clarity and alignment
* Assist with data handling and ensure information is routed to appropriate stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in a technical or enterprise environment preferred
* Exposure to infrastructure, networking, data center, or security domains is a plus
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working in a ticket-driven workflow

* Open to candidates with moderate experience, but not entry-level

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
