About the Role

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational environments, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about improving processes through automation and technology.

You will support employee operations, onboarding/offboarding processes, HR systems administration, ticket management, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume employee requests and ticket workflows
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
  • Perform HRIS updates and maintain employee data accuracy
  • Handle administrative HR operations and documentation
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, IT, and People teams
  • Maintain compliance-related records and workflows
  • Support employee lifecycle changes and workforce updates
  • Work extensively with spreadsheets, reports, and data management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation
  • Assist with HR reporting and operational projects

Required Qualifications

  • 2 5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Coordinator, or related roles
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle operations
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with spreadsheets and HR systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday experience
  • Experience with Jira or ticketing systems
  • Greenhouse or ATS experience
  • Process improvement or workflow automation experience
  • Startup or scaling company experience
  • HRIS and reporting experience
