Description We are looking for an experienced Tier 2 IT Support Analyst to provide advanced technical assistance. This role involves managing escalated IT issues, root cause analysis to resolve issues, project work and supporting various devices and software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, applications, and end-user systems
- Resolve escalated issues and troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune
- Support and maintain audio-visual systems, IP cameras, and VoIP technologies
- Support public safety technology including Cradlepoint modems and Axon Fleet 3
- Use and manage ITSM tools
- Assist with hardware and software installations and asset tracking

Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Tier 2 IT support roles.
Proficiency in Active Directory/ EntraID administration and management.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and deskside support processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Basic troubleshooting skills for IT systems and devices.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Office-based role with occasional travel between sites.
