Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Change Manager leads organizational change efforts to ensure successful adoption of enterprise initiatives. This role partners with executives, stakeholders, and field teams to assess impacts, develop and execute change and communication plans, and drive readiness across the organization. Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, change strategy and governance, metrics and reporting, executive and employee communications, and field enablement through readiness activities, champions, and feedback loops. The ideal candidate brings strong OCM experience, is data-driven and pragmatic, skilled in storytelling and executive messaging, comfortable in Agile environments, and able to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
