This is a full-time / contract-to-hire ServiceNow Engagement Lead opportunity located in Columbus, Ohio (onsite 5 days/week) supporting a large-scale public sector digital transformation. This role is focused on leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, while operating within a highly regulated, FedRAMP-compliant environment.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll be the bridge between executive stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The biggest draw here is ownership at scale-you'll be leading multiple workstreams end-to-end, driving strategy, and ensuring successful delivery across complex implementations. They're looking for someone who can not only manage delivery but also step in, solve problems, and guide teams through challenges in real time. Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in IT consulting or professional services
5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations
Strong experience across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or similar)
Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets, and timelines
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (NowCreate or similar)
Ability to manage risks, issues, and governance (RIDAC tracking)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Columbus, OH
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience working within public sector or government environments
Familiarity with FedRAMP or highly regulated cloud environments
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in relevant modules)
PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications
ITIL v4 certification or strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
Experience leading UAT and Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
