You'll apply structured methodologies like NowCreate and Agile/Scrum to drive outcomes, managing sprint planning, backlogs, and RIDAC logs in a disciplined, compliance-driven environment. The role offers meaningful cross-functional orchestration, coordinating between Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions. You'll also lead UAT and Organizational Change Management activities, directly influencing adoption rates and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or IT consulting
  • 5+ years specifically leading ServiceNow implementations
  • Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple product lines including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or SPM
  • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and governance for complex enterprise engagements
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, backlog management, and RIDAC tracking
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including executive-level communication and steering committee facilitation
  • Experience overseeing UAT and Organizational Change Management activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

  • Experience working with state or local government entities within a FedRAMP or similarly secured cloud environment
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
