Deltek Systems Admin or Super User

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deltek Systems Administrator or Super User in Dallas, TX.

Summary:
We are looking for a Deltek System Administrator (Contract) to support a professional services organization during a multi-year ERP transition. This role will focus on maintaining and supporting the existing Deltek environment (Vision or Vantagepoint) while ensuring business continuity.

This is a hands-on, functional support role ideal for someone with foundational Deltek experience who is looking to grow their system administration skillset.

Responsibilities include:
* Provide day-to-day support for Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint
* Manage user access, roles, and basic security configurations
* Assist with system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
* Support finance and accounting users with system-related questions
* Help ensure stability and performance during ERP migration activities
* Collaborate with internal teams to address system needs and issues

This is a long-term contract opportunity with a stable, project-focused organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-5 years of experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint
* Experience supporting ERP systems in a functional or administrative capacity
* Understanding of project accounting, finance, or related business processes

Experience with:
* User provisioning
* Role-based access controls
* Basic system configuration

* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a transitioning environment
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Nice to Have:
* Background in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or consulting
* Prior experience supporting ERP migrations or system transitions
* Accounting or finance background with strong technical aptitude

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
